I was glad to see that all six of you that came out to the comedy show at the Miramar Theatre in Milwaukee seemed to have had a good time. It is such a wonderful and nostalgic piece of history. I met a couple other great comedians that were just hilarious too. Come on out sometime. The venue is on Oakland downtown and the show starts at 8 pm-so don’t be late. There are also musicians that entertain too. Hey there is something for everyone in Milwaukee!! This is Langer signing off. He is a little tired because he substituted at the local high school today.

Check Out The Improv in Chicago

September 13th, 2007
Okay, so it is actually in Shaumburg-but close enough if you don’t know the Chicago land area. I was privileged to have received a last minute invite to showcase there this past Wednesday because I guess someone couldn’t show. It is such a great club and the staff and Rick are really nice. If you are ever in the area you really need to check the Improv out: http://www.symfonee.com/improv/chicago

Lousy Camera

September 4th, 2007
Langer will be at the Comedy Club on State in Madison this Thursday and on Saturday he will be performing at the Farmer’s Market on the Square and then at The Club Tavern in Middleton. At The Club Tavern it will be a family event to raise money for a school in Mexico, so come check it out. Sharing the stage will be three of his friends: Aaron Quinn, John Coppin, and Chad Schroeder.
His only gripe for the day is, “that lousy Elura 50 camcorder wont work.” To his dissatisfaction it broke during the last taping of his act in Milwaukee. Thankfully, Cannon is going to fix the electronic device.
Wild September Reading

September 3rd, 2007
This is a classic children’s book about a young boy named Max. Max gets into a bit of trouble and is sent to his bed without supper; in this story Max channels his anger and frustration into creativity. The child reader is taken through a journey of monstrous proportions via the imagination of Max. A great moral can be learned through this tale.
