Preparing for the fall

July 31st, 2007

Langer will return this week from a one week stay in Minneapolis where he performed at the Acme Comedy club. Jason Love and Langer will be taking the vast majority of the month off to prepare for their up and coming fall tour that will begin at Six Flags in October. Both will still be available for bookings in August and into the fall. When Langer was asked how he plans to spend his August vacation time he said,”well I am going to do a little dog sitting for a couple of days and hopefully a little work on my new children’s book.” Other than that he claims he is going to grow out an abnormally long mustache and ask his friends to refer to him as Captain Al. When asked why he replied, “why not!”

August Read!

July 31st, 2007

Giving TreeThe Giving Tree, by Shel Silverstien, is one of my favorite books from my childhood. I recommend this August read to the young or to the old. An extremely meaningful message is found within this short children’s book. If you are not familiar with this classic then I recommend reading it yourself or to a child.

Back to Minnesota

July 24th, 2007

Langer will be at the Comedy Club on State in Madison, WI on July 26 before having to travel to the twin cities on July 27. He will then be competing at the Acme Comedy Club for the title of the funniest person in the twin cities.

Come see the show because he still has free tickets left. For more information e-mail Langer at Langer@Cyberlanger.com

The last book will be here this month

Harry PotterIt is only fair to grant July’s book of the month to J.K.Rowling’s final installment of the Harry Potter series. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be released on the 21st of this month. Pick up your copy at the book store and maybe I will see you there.
